The “Second Mediterranean Natura 2000 Seminar”, Limassol

ENALIA presented the project at the “Knowledge Market” session of the “Second Mediterranean Natura 2000 Seminar”. The seminar was about the “Natura 2000 Biogeographical Process” and it was held in Limassol on the dates 14.11.2017 – 16.11.2017. The purpose of the seminar was to give the chance to the Natura 2000 experts across the Mediterranean to talk about the types of joint actions and areas of cooperation that could be established to improve the contribution of Natura 2000 to accomplish the “Favourable Conservation Status of Mediterranean habitats and species of Community importance”. The event was hosted by “Terra Cypria - The Cyprus Conservation Foundation”, with the support of the “Department of Environment” and the “Department of Forests” of the “Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment”, Cyprus.
