Press Conference on 6th December 2018

The second press conference was organized by LIFE Cyclamen project, which chose to present project RELIONMED as one of the co-funded LIFE projects. The event took place on the 6th of December 2018 at the University of Cyprus. Representatives from all local Mass Media participated in the event and had an opportunity to learn more about the environmental issue caused due to the invasiveness of lionfish, and how we, at RELIONMED project, aim to tackle it. After the completion of the lecture, the participants had an opportunity to taste the lionfish cooked and served in various ways and took as souvenirs earrings and letter openers made with lionfish spines.
