Lionfish removals from Cape Greco and Nisia

On 31/5/2020, “Marine & Environmental Research (MER) Lab”, implemented lionfish removals at two locations. The first removal was implemented at the caves in Cape Greco, from where 18 “RATs” removed 21 lionfish. The second removal was at Green Bay and Blue Hole at Nisia, from where 7 “RATs” removed 45 lionfish. Many thanks to the “Nautilus diving club”, the “Hippocampus diving club”, the “Scuba Tech - Diving Cyprus”, the “Ocean view diving Cyprus”, the “Ocean Support Switzerland, Cyprus diving center”, and everyone else who participated at the event.
