Informative notice boards around Cyprus

“RELIONMED’s” notice boards have been installed around Cyprus to inform the stakeholders and the general public about the lionfish Pterois miles. Locations, where these notice boards are found, include the cities of Larnaca, Famagusta, Limassol and Paphos. They are mainly placed in harbours, but also in diving sites. This action will allow fishermen, divers and other people to get informed about the lionfish issue and to recognize the species when seen. The notice boards also let people know where to look for information on how they can help tackle the lionfish invasion. Everyone can help!
