Human impacts on Mediterranean marine ecosystems and the economy

Prof. Jason Hall-Spencer attended a regional networking workshop (21/03/2019 – 26/03/2019) in Monaco entitled "Human impacts on Mediterranean marine ecosystems and the economy". He introduced the RELIONMED project to natural scientists and socioeconomists from all countries that border the Mediterranean. They discussed the economic impacts that the invasion of Lionfish might have in the region together with the urgent need to tackle this problem before it gets out of control.
